MTF Files for 501(c)(3) Tax Exempt NonProfit Status

Today we filed our Application for Recognition of Exemption Under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
This is the first step to transforming Memphis Technology Foundation from our current Mutual Benefit NonProfit to a recognized tax exempt organization.
