March 3rd 2017 MTF Board Meeting

• Create an advisory board of active community members interested in getting more formally involved with Memphis Technology Foundation
• Initial Advisory board members will be Mike Cochran and Daniel Soskel based on their volunteering history.
• Additional members to be added as needed to allow Board Members to offload duties or tasks as needed.
